Your name, phone number, the type of matter and the short message you choose to send us. We don’t use tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

How it reaches us

The form opens WhatsApp with your message ready; nothing is sent until you press send. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that message.

How long we keep it

If you don’t instruct us, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. If you do, your information becomes part of your client file and is kept for as long as the law and our professional rules require.

Who we share it with

No one, unless the law requires it or you instruct us to act for you (for example, when documents must be filed at court).

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by contacting the Information Officer. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za (opens in a new tab)).
